Yesterday, attended a WE masterclass on building a brand with intention, featuring three truly inspiring women founders —
Roma Narsinghani co-founder Noun Goa, Esha of Kastur, and Melanie Disalvo.
It was an honour to be in a space filled with such honest conversations and lived wisdom.
What I took back stayed with me long after the session ended:
• If you let work enter your life, let life enter your work too.
Don’t be afraid to pause. Listen to your gut. It often knows before we do.
• Founders and entrepreneurs grow stronger when they grow together.
By sharing resources, we can build solid foundations for artisans and create real, lasting support for communities.
Grateful for the perspectives, the pauses, and the purpose.
