Cooking at @casazengoa with @mariagorettiz was one of them ❤️ At Casa Zen, we were welcomed with warmth, laughter, stories, and the most generous spirit. Cooking alongside Maria Goretti was more than a workshop it was an experience layered with flavour, humour, nostalgia, and heart. We didn’t just learn recipes. We learned her little twists. Her rhythm. Her joy in the process. We stirred, we plated, we laughed, we listened.
